a. To place an order via the website:
On the website, it is possible to order the products or services of the data controller. In order to place an order, the name, telephone number, address and email address of the customer must be provided, which are considered personal data in the case of a private person customer. In the case of an incorporated company, the contact details of this company and the name of the contact person are required. The purpose of data processing is to record data for the performance of a lease/agency/sale and purchase agreement. The legal basis of data processing is the data subject’s consent.

By subscribing to the newsletter, the subscriber consents to Sparks using their email and postal address for marketing purposes, contacting them directly with its offers and maintaining customer contact at these contact points. The purpose of data processing is to promote Sparks’ products/services and to cultivate its business relationships. The legal basis for data processing is the subscriber’s consent.
c. Subscribing to the film industry register:
By subscribing to the newsletter or placing an order, the subscriber may also consent to the entry by Sparks of their data provided in it (name, telephone number, email address and occupation) in its film industry database and the transmission of their data in film industry circles for business purposes. If you are looking for a film production specialist, Sparks will offer you specialists registered in its database. The purpose of data processing is to expand Sparks’ business relationships. The legal basis for data processing is the subscriber’s consent.
3. Recipients of personal data or persons to whom the data may be transferred:
The data provided by those who subscribed to Sparks’ film industry register may be transferred to film production companies.
4. Transfer to a third country:
If the film production company is headquartered in a third country, the data will be transferred. Third countries are countries outside the European Union.
5. Duration of storage:
If a contract is concluded after an order has been placed, it is the storage period mandatorily prescribed by the legislation regulating the tax liabilities related to the contract. In the case of a newsletter and registration, Sparks will store the data until consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal may take the same form as consent.
